Janeen Kozak, SHRM-CP®

Chief of Staff here at Stratos Private Wealth. Prior to joining our team my paper qualifications highlight over a decade of experience spanning across human resources, training and operational roles; including, working for The Bank of Southern California and Mitchell International, where I gained valuable experience that I now bring to my role here at Stratos Private Wealth. After transitioning my career to become a stay-at-home mom, I decided to return to the workforce and focusing on what I love- streamlining processes, strengthening leadership-employee relationships and fostering company culture.

I'm a proud graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara, and I currently reside in the lovely neighborhood of Scripps Ranch where I have raised my children. With my kids now grown and attending university, I have plenty of free time to enjoy volunteering my time with local animal rescue groups and taking my two adopted dogs out on adventures.
