Chief Operating Officer at Stratos Private Wealth. As a Founding Partner and COO, I design high touch and modern tech solutions for both clients and our internal team, with hyper focus on time efficiency and accuracy. After joining the firm in 2006, I found that there was a gap in our industry for sophisticated software and automated solutions; I knew there was an opportunity to optimize our work flow and remove human error where possible. This vision was fueled by the idea that I could use technology to empower our team to expand human touch and personalized strategies where it adds discernable value. In my role, I uncover redundancy and any tasks that are not conducive to our clients or team. Being able to create solutions and tools for a client's financial journey is top of mind for me

While my love for data and problem solving lead to my current duties, the root of my role began at my passion for the financial industry. As a Kansas State alumni with a BS in Applied Mathematics, I went on to pursue designations of both Certified Financial Planner, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. I have utilized these credentials to shepherd financial plans through practical constraints such as investment custodians, regulatory limits, and real-world logistical challenges. This combination of expertise and eagerness lead me to spearhead our company's pledge to community service, engraining philanthropy into our culture and values (we even offer paid volunteer time to our employees as a benefit!).

When I'm not streamlining our tech stack or leading the client service team, you can find me soaking in motherhood and navigating parenting two toddlers with my husband. I am an avid DIY-er who enjoys a good project or cooking comforting gluten-free meals for my family- I can always point you in the direction of a great recipe.
