I’m Janeen Kozak, Partner and COO at Stratos Private Wealth.
With over a decade of experience in human resources, training, and operations, I focus on the internal "engine" that allows our advisors to better serve our clients. My background with institutions like the Bank of Southern California and Mitchell International has provided me with a deep understanding of organizational excellence. After taking time to raise my family, I returned to the workforce to focus on my true passions: streamlining processes, strengthening leadership relationships, and fostering a premier company culture.
As a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara, I bring a strategic perspective to the operational side of wealth management. I believe that a practice is only as strong as its internal processes and people. My goal is to ensure our team has the support and infrastructure they need to act as a reliable, high-touch advocate for every client.
I am committed to maintaining the boutique feel of our organization while managing the complex operations required to support our national growth.
Personal Interests
I currently reside in Scripps Ranch, where I raised my two sons. I love reading, drinking wine, going to the movies, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers during football season. I am an avid dog lover and enjoy spending time with my friends and family in the beautiful city of San Diego.
