I’m Cynthia Gatlin, a Wealth Advisor at Stratos Private Wealth.
My passion for finance began at age 15, driven by a desire to find more effective ways to build wealth. This curiosity led to a lifelong commitment to investment discipline and financial empowerment. After spending years working to invest every dollar earned, I was able to purchase my first property shortly after college. This foundation of hard work and intentionality has guided my career from USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting to Wall Street, working with major institutions like Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Northern Trust.
My career has been defined by a deep love for capital markets and a commitment to helping others navigate them. Having worked with some of the world's largest financial institutions, I bring an institutional-grade perspective to our boutique organization.
I believe in the power of curiosity and financial literacy, and I strive to act as a steady financial guide for my clients, helping them address complex wealth management needs through our proprietary three-meeting process.
Personal Interests
The most meaningful part of my life is raising my daughter and sharing my passion for exploration with her. I have traveled to 69 countries and love watching her develop her own curiosity about the world.
Whether we are exploring a winding trail, taking a Porsche factory tour, or visiting our favorite spots in Switzerland, I believe in building a life through intention. I’m also proud to pass on financial literacy to the next generation, teaching the principles of investing early on.
